Crashes

This program works very well when it does....recommend you do not set a homepage..I did that once after loading fifty gb of video and it crashed. It could not be opened up again so had no choice but to delete the app and reinstall.
Support is non existent it seems as I did request help but no response.
I wish they had though because although I could not access the program it did appear to be running in the background. I found out after the fact that I might have been able to access the videos from another device.
If the support response would have been forthcoming even if they could not have assisted I would rate higher.
